At Prime 5, we pride ourselves on quality work by craftsmen who understand and appreciate their craft. We believe there is a world of difference between someone who can paint and someone who is a painter. Our name, Prime 5, highlights the five things that we specialize in: painting, taping/floating, framing/drywall, ACT installation, and flooring.
We have seen too many contractors trying to be everything to everyone, and it always ends poorly. Even as we expand our capabilities, we always make sure it's in our area of expertise and that we know the ins-and-outs.

Prime Five Painting & Construction was founded in 2018 by Roxanne and Jesse Lujan, born out of a vision to deliver quality work and meticulous craftsmanship for a fair price.
Jesse learned the painting and construction business inside and out as he grew up in the industry; he was the third generation of painters in his family. Jesse cut his teeth on doing the manual painting labor and found his beginnings as a helper during his high school summer breaks.
In 2022, Roxanne made the decision to resign from her executive corporate marketing position with an international financial services company and make the growth of Prime Five her sole professional focus. A labor of love is a real thing, y'all!
Together, Jesse and Roxanne have committed themselves to building a painting company that moves differently — one that differentiates itself as communicative, responsive, qualitative, and collaborative. There cannot be a more evident yin-and-yang working relationship than the one between Jesse and Roxanne. Left-brained Roxanne crunches numbers, handles all logistics, and maintains transparent, consistent communication with Prime Five's customers. Jesse re-energizes his soul by being out on the field and working the daily on-site operations (just cross your fingers he doesn't see a squirrel, IYKYK).
