SCOPE

The Magnolia Pancake Haus, a popular breakfast staple in San Antonio, was busting at the seams in their prior location. After more than two decades in their well-known location, Magnolia Pancake Haus’ owners opted for a new-to-them location in north San Antonio. As a previous eating establishment, this TLC-needing property had sat vacant for nearly five years.

Plans for the property called to keep the bones but reconstruct in a way that optimized patron flow and still offered several smaller-style dining rooms.
