SCOPE

Stone Oak Care Center offers more intimate settings for its residents than other like nursing homes. Its residents enjoy private living, state-of-the-art amenities, and comfortable dining spaces. So, it was significantly impactful when the property suffered a major water leak after the city experienced a number of days of record-breaking cold temperatures causing pipes to freeze.

To remediate the property, it was critical that affected sheetrock get demolished and studs be treated for mold. The challenge was putting everything back in order as if it never happened. Equally as important was the need to tackle this project in swift fashion without sacrificing quality and attention to detail.
